Products & use
What does PetViMed sell?+
Recovery, skin, and performance peptides for animals — including BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and our Wolverine blend (BPC-157 + TB-500). We sell bundles and multi-packs, not single vials.
Are these products for pets or for humans?+
Our products are intended for animal use only and are not for human consumption. They are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Do I need a veterinarian?+
We strongly recommend using any product under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian familiar with your animal. Veterinary clinics can also set up a practice account for clinic pricing.
Are your products lab tested?+
Yes — each product is third-party lab tested, and a certificate of analysis (COA) is available on the product page.
How should I store the products?+
Bring your order indoors promptly and store it as directed on the product. Proper storage and handling after delivery is the buyer's responsibility — see our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.
Ordering & shipping
How fast do orders ship?+
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with standard U.S. delivery arriving in about 3–7 business days after that. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?+
At this time we ship within the United States only.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can see order status anytime in your account.
Do you offer discounts or coupons?+
Yes — bundles save up to 23% versus buying separately, and we run occasional promo codes you can apply at checkout. Clinic accounts get practice pricing.
Returns & support
What is your return policy?+
Because these are sensitive, handling-dependent products, all sales are final once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel an order?+
Orders can be canceled only before they're fulfilled and a shipping label is created. Once shipped, an order can't be canceled.
