Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PetViMed website and the purchase of any products from it. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and may not purchase any products.

1. Animal Use Only — No Human Use

All products sold by PetViMed, including peptide formulations such as BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and the Wolverine blend, are intended solely for animal use and for lawful veterinary and research purposes.

  • Not for human consumption, injection, inhalation, or topical use.
  • Not dietary supplements, drugs, or medical treatments for people.
  • Not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority.
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Any use of these products outside of their intended, lawful animal-care purpose constitutes misuse and an assumption of full liability by the purchaser.

2. Veterinary Guidance

PetViMed products are intended to be selected, dosed, reconstituted, stored, and administered with appropriate care. We strongly recommend that any product be used under the guidance and supervision of a licensed veterinarian who is familiar with your animal's health. You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your animal.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing from this website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract.
  • You will use the products only for lawful animal-care or research purposes.
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, and to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion.

4. Product Information & No Warranty

Product descriptions, images, certificates of analysis, and references are provided for general information and identification only and do not constitute medical or veterinary advice, instructions for use, or performance guarantees. Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
  • Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details.
  • You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

6. Orders, Shipping & Risk of Loss

Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times and delivery details. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier marking your order delivered. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for any taxes, duties, or compliance obligations that apply to you.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because these are sensitive, temperature- and handling-dependent products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or improperly stored products. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion for verified fulfillment errors.

8. Assumption of Risk & Safe Handling

You assume all risk and liability after purchase.

Peptides and related compounds can be sensitive, unstable, or hazardous if not handled correctly. By purchasing, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk and liability for the product once it leaves our facility — including any harm, injury, loss, or damage to any animal, person, or property resulting from improper storage, reconstitution, dosing, administration, handling, or use.

By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for:

  • Proper refrigeration, storage, and handling on and after delivery.
  • Correct reconstitution, measurement, dosing, and administration to animals.
  • Keeping products secure and out of reach of children and unintended animals.
  • Any misuse, exposure, contamination, or unauthorized application of the product.

PetViMed is not responsible for any outcome arising from a product that is not handled, stored, or used with appropriate care.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PetViMed and its operators, owners, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetViMed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, animals, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the website and products.

11. Accounts & Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. The parties waive any right to a jury trial. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
