Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships.
2. Delivery Times
- Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited options, where available, are selectable at checkout for an additional fee.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and selected speed. We may offer free standard U.S. shipping on qualifying orders — any active threshold is shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. You can also view order status in your account. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of your ship confirmation, please contact us.
5. Address Accuracy & Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot modify or reroute an order once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. To request a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
6. Storage & Handling on Arrival
Handle and store your products properly on delivery.
Peptides are sensitive and should be brought indoors and stored correctly as soon as they arrive. Once an order is delivered, proper handling and storage is the buyer's responsibility, and you assume all risk and liability for any product that is not handled with appropriate care. 7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
PetViMed is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered. We're glad to help, though:
- If your package hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll help open a carrier investigation.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you don't have the package, check with neighbors, household members, and your carrier first.
- For theft-prone locations, we recommend shipping to a secure address.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. If verified, we will send a replacement of the same item at no additional cost, or issue store credit at our discretion. All sales are otherwise final once shipped.
9. International Shipping
At this time we ship within the United States only.
